He offers specific expertise in corporate travel management, rate negotiations, technologies for travellers and customer satisfaction.With a firm emphasis on customer service, Sami firmly believes in an open two-way communication to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Sami is a dynamic and visionary leader with an eye to the future of corporate travel management. His hospitality experience and hands on approach leaves him well versed in globalising travel programmes and well placed to help you influence change, while always adopting best in region practices.
Sami now combines his vast travel and technical knowledge to design travel-related products for both customers and consultants.
Over 8 years ago, Syed started as a junior in the accounts department of a leading shipping’s company in Dubai. Since then he has progressed through various roles such as Head of North America shipping’s and online coordinator.
Syed’s expertise has enabled Creed Travel to apply a fresh formula and dynamic approach to all finance related systems. Through various operational and technical roles, Syed has learned how to create a more cost-efficient and time-saving environment.
